RNAway, an early-stage agricultural technology company, develops and markets a patented platform technology to deliver RNA molecules into the plant by spray or irrigation for a variety of agricultural applications.

RNAway was established by COPIA, an Israeli-based Agro and Food VC. The technology is based on groundbreaking research conducted by Prof. Oded Shoseyov from the Hebrew University and Prof. Avi Schroeder from the Technion, leveraging nanotechnology, drug delivery and gene therapy expertise.

The revolution in crop protection and trait control generated by RNAway enables agricultural solution providers dealing with crop protection, fertilizers, seeds, and more, to broaden their agricultural solutions spectrum by developing effective RNA-based solutions which were never feasible before.

We invite agricultural solution providers to design specific RNA molecules for various applications and utilize our proven platform for effective delivery.

As a proof of concept, RNAway has independently developed applications for fighting three pathogens in three crops: grapes, tomatoes, and cucumbers. These applications target viruses which are untreatable today and cause enormous economic damage to crops worldwide valued at billions of USD annually. Trials conducted by RNAway have demonstrated high efficacy in reducing the impact of these viruses on crop quality and quantity.

RNAway offers crop protection companies the opportunity to utilize its POCs and further develop them to commercialized products.
